The Scope also comes standard with velour trim that aesthetically enhances the appearance of the installation, while absorbing light that surrounds the viewing area.

Alpha Matt II HDR 8K

Carson’s Alpha Matt II HDR 8K material incorporates next generation Z-axis composite embossing technology to achieve ultra fine-grained 8K+ resolving ability. The material has 1.0 pure unity gain to support the latest infinite contrast ratio projectors and uniformly transmits vivid colour in a wide 160 degree arc for the entire audience to enjoy.

Made from a special synthetic polymer mix formed on top of a black bulk sublayer that prevents sunlight penetration from the rear, Alpha Matt II fully supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Rec. 2100, making it an excellent future proof investment for your current and future projectors.

Carson’s unique chemically engineering ensures this highly-elastic and foldable material is resistant to creasing, UV, moisture, dust, fire, discolouration and ageing so your screen will continue to perform day-in, day-out for decades to come.
