SCREEN MATERIAL
Daylight II ALR 8K
Carson's Daylight II ALR 8K material uses Z-axis lattice coating technology designed to maintain fine image detail while absorbing up to 85% of ambient light arriving from directions other than the projector.
With a 0.8 gain and wide 160-degree viewing angle, Daylight II is designed to deliver consistent colour and image performance across a broad seating area, including rooms where some ambient light is present.
Its dark nanoparticle construction is formed over a polymer backing layer designed to prevent light penetration from behind the screen. Daylight II supports modern HDR projection formats including HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Rec. 2100.
The material is engineered for resistance to creasing, UV exposure, moisture, dust, discolouration and ageing, helping maintain consistent performance over time.
